Bourbon Chicken Pre-Cooked Freezer Meal

1 Zaycon Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 T. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp. ginger
¾ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
¼ cup apple juice
1/3-cup light brown sugar
2 T. ketchup
1 T. cider vinegar
½ cup water
1/3-cup soy sauce
Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken. Add remaining ingredients and heat until dissolved over medium high heat.
Add chicken and bring to a hard boil.
Reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes.
Serve over rice.
